Machining to customer specifications

SCACCABAROZZI ANTONIO S.R.L. Unipersonale dedicates a significant part of its production to special machining based on customer specifications, including work with titanium and other special materials.

It is mainly aimed at:
- the automotive sector, where it produces brake booster parts, wheel hub nuts, and more using single-spindle, multi-spindle, and transfer machines
- the production of non-standard hexagonal spacers
- custom mechanical parts from drawings

The machines used in our processes:
- fixed-head CNC lathes up to 65 mm diameter from bar and 370 mm diameter for secondary machining, 9 axes and motorized tools
- sliding headstock CNC up to 32 mm diameter, 5 axes, motorized tools
- CNC machining centers
- multi-spindle lathes "Schutte and Gildemeister" up to 25 mm diameter.
- hydraulic lathes up to 60mm diameter
- wire EDM machines

In order to offer the customer a finished product service, the company can also perform any type of heat or surface treatment, as well as grinding operations.
